Paula Campbell is an American R&B singer from Baltimore, Maryland. Paula was raised on the west side of Baltimore, and attended Frederick Douglass High School, where she took voice lessons. As a teenager, she sang in vocal groups with Tamar Braxton and Blu Cantrell, but none of the ensembles took off.
