Andrew "Speedy Loc" Munoz was 24 before he died. Born on September 29, 1978. He Suffered a case of cancer. He died on Friday June 6, 2003. Mr. Munoz was a life long resident of Hayward. Speedy Loc was also a member and vice president of the dreaming casually car club, and he worked as an auto transporter for Bay Area Cities Auto Auction for three years. He is survived by his wife for 10 years, Marie E.
