Calling All Monsters sound more unique than you might think, you idiot. Try and describe them - go ahead! I dare you! That's right, you're afraid. Afraid because they sound something like a dump truck full of old Sub Pop albums smashing into San Diego's burgeoning music scene (in San Francisco). Did I mention that Jason Loewenstein and Mark E. Smith were driving said dumptruck? Well, they were. But they're dead now. Calling All Monsters killed them. And they'd do it again, too. Members:
