Apatheia is a neofolk project from Sweden, utilizing strummed guitars, trumpet, flutes and vocals in an attempt to create lush, atmospheric compositions. It is the solo project of Linus Andersson (also of Coph Nia and 'a bunch of punk bands'). The first proper album "Lifethesis" came out in early 2003 after two years of writing, released by the Italian label Stridulum Recordings, and re-released by Cold Meat Industry in 2009. It has so far been very well received in various European publications.
