MrGo
The band MrGO formed in New Orleans in 2006, when Steve Walkup joined as drummer with Marcus Bronson(bass/vocals) and Michael Pelias(singer/songwriter/guitar), formerly of Gramps. The band name MrGO capitalizes on the bullshit politics of our time and place, referring to the MRGO canal which was created by corrupt corporate policies and which sent floodwaters directly into the city of New Orleans in the aftermath of hurricane Katrina.
