Mark's diverse influences and focused approach make his sound both original and distinctive. Melodic and often rhythmically playful, his guitar solos weave emotional stories through the music. As a composer Mark embodies a unique mixture of influences and backgrounds. His considerable experience performing and recording with European jazz groups such as SMQ, Scapetrace and his own group is mixed with his involvement in classical forms as both player and composer.
