Dayang Nurfaizah
Dayang Nurfaizah binti Awang Dowty, better known as Dayang Nurfaizah, (born July 20, 1981 in Kuching, Sarawak) is a Malaysian singer. Dayang recorded her first album with the title Dayang Nurfaizah which was released in May 1999 mainly of the Pop and R&B genre. The album's first single Hakikat Cinta introduced Dayang to the local music industry.
Her biggest task up then, to mark her 5th year in the Malaysian music industry, was to set up her own recording company, DN & AD Entertainment Sdn Bhd.
