World Fastest step dancer(Guinness record), producer, choreographer and flute player Michael Ryan Flatley was born July 16, 1958, in Chicago, Illinois. Native irish, he always included elements of celtic folklore in his works. Michael begun in Chieftains, then he became lead dancer and choreographer of Riverdance show (1994). After leaving Riverdance in october 1995, he created his most famous Lord of the Dance show (1996), that became platinum in Britain, USA and Australia. Success of LotD was followed by Feet of Flames (1998). In 2005 Michael retuned to stage with a new show Celtic Tiger.
