Project lead by HYDE (VAMPS, L'Arc～en～Ciel) who also produced the unit and wrote the lyrics.

For the CD and events he recruited several artists from the Japanese Visual Kei and Pop scene.

Their only release so far was "HALLOWEEN PARTY" in 2012, containing a b-side called "PENALTY WALTZ".
It was released on October 17, 2012 in two CD+DVD versions and the limited edition includes a bonus booklet. The single debuted at #3 on the Oricon weekly singles chart. The single charted at #80 on the Oricon yearly singles chart for 2012, and is certified Gold in Japan.
There were several concerts (also at Makuhari Messe) with some of those artists, also featuring other artists.
In 2013 the project re-released the single on 2013.10.16 with a new PV.
There was another event in 2013 as in 2014 featuring various artists.
