Blue Kid
Blue Kid is a project born out of a series of songwriting sessions that Lydia Benecke and Stephanie Sherline had over the course of the 2006 summer in Chicago, IL.
Lydia asked Stephanie: "What rhymes with 'stupid'?" Lydia moved out to NY, bought a piano and began writing in earnest. And there you have it. Favorite other bands: Andrew Bird, Nickel Creek, Fiona Apple, Tori Amos, Lenka, Radiohead.
