There are two artist who record under the name Chelo. 1) Chelo was a famous Mexican singer who recorded in the 70s until the present in genres as diverse as rancheras, tropical, etc. She is also the mother of singer Yesenia Flores. 2) Chelo is a Puerto Rican singer who started his career in a puerto rican band called "Jyve V" and then moved into another mexican band called "ATM" but he became famous in early 2006 when he went solo. His song called "Cha-Cha" was released in Spanglish and English and it reached #1 in Latinamerican charts and reached the three first places in U.
