Formed in late 2007 as an instrumental metal act. 2009 brought a new dawning to their music and culminated the creation of their first full-length release "Realms". Sharing the stage with doom metal titans Zoroaster, Bongripper, Dark Castle and hooking up with Savannah,GA's swamp rockers Black Tusk for a couple of shows. Alegionnaire decided to take a break near the end of 2009 for various reasons. One of those reasons being to explore other outlets of musical interest. Drummer Chris and guitarist Adam have formed a down-tempo/doom act with "Realms" recorder/producer Jay Brafford.
