Kotaro Oshio is an acoustic instrumental artist from Japan, who writes soothing melodic ballads. He combines many different forms of music; from classical, to modern rock, and blues. There have been three CD's released in his name; "Starting Point", "Dramatic", and "Be Happy!". The following is an excerpt from his profile on his website.
