Jari Vella meglio conosciuto con lo pseudonimo di Ensi o Mangia Flow (Alpignano, 13 Dicembre 1985) è un rapper italiano, conosciuto soprattutto per le notevoli doti di freestyler e fratello minore di Raige e maggiore di Little Flow. La sua carriera incomincia nel 1999, con varie collaborazioni in diversi progetti, ma la svolta arriva nel 2005 quando, con il fratello Raige e l'amico Rayden fonda i One Mic.
