Steve Lawson/Theo Travis is a duo combining the UK's solo bass guitarist, Steve Lawson, and saxophonist / flautist, Theo Travis. Their debut album together, For the Love of Open Spaces, is a collection of improvised live-in-the-studio duets - using real-time looping, to build layers of sound - which the Penguin Guide To Jazz described as "lusciously beautiful".
