AM is an indie rock band formed in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Silverlake, California . New Album Future Sons & Daughters was produced by Charles Newman (Magnetic Fields). The band consists of founding member AM (vocals, acoustic guitar, electric guitar), Michael Sawtizke (electric guitar), Mark Getten (bass), Jesse Nason and Brett Bixby (piano, organ, synths), Chris Lovejoy (percussion) and Derek Brown (drums- The Eels/ Everest).
