That's lil-ah-pew-shuns Hailing from the drrrty streets of New York City, these girls and dude evoke the ghosts of riot grrl past, and dream of rock and roll future. Heading The Lilliapucians is Shannon Lee, (Ms. Lee if you're nasty) who pushes her vocal spectra between that of quivering melancholy and sparkling tenacity, all while shredding a lady guitar. The backbeat of all the Lillapucians' songs is Ally Timpa - (you can't spell Timpani without Timpa) a raging metronome wielding the band's drumsticks with both fury and composure.
