Otto Dix
Otto Dix is a Russian darkwave band originating from Khabarovsk (far east of Russia). Utilizing dark operatic vocals and electronic melodies, their music contains elements of synthpop, EBM, classical music. Noted for their androgynous vocalist and extremely dramatic, elaborate live performances, they have quickly become one of the most controversial artists in Russia and across the world. The band formed in November 2004, and consists of three members: Michael Draw (vocals, lyrics), Marie Slip (composition and arrangement), and Petr Voronov (violin).
