There is one active "Sprout" band and two that have broken up. 1.) Jamband/Funk/Rock from Saginaw, MI (1998 - Present) Over 11 years ago Sprout™ took root on the jamband scene and they have been growing ever since. Sprout is one of the longest playing MI jambands and they have the developed sound to show for it. With their large songbook of over 50 originals Sprout is a force to be reckoned with. Sprout is currently recording their next album and is booking another national tour for 2012. 2.) Punk/Ska band from Syosset, Long Island,NY. (1997-2003)
