Elesde, from Baden-Württemberg in Germany, grabbed the attention of the music scene in 1994 with their release "Darkness Party", and "You Are Welcome" in 1997. "Tanz Mit Mir" (with 10 tracks) was released through UpSolution Recordings in 1998, distributed by SPV GmbH. To date, Elesde has appeared on many compilations, but given only one single interview. They describe their text as spiteful, infantile, and unambiguous, embedded in minimal electronic dance music reminiscent of the eighties, but pioneering in the new millennium.
