Anorak Girl were a late-90s indie band from the Isle of Wight best known for two singles on Damaged Goods Records, 'Plastic Supermodel' and 'Cybersex'. 'Plastic Supermodel' particularly was regularly featured on John Peel and Steve Lamacq's radio shows. Another song, 'She Says', featured on a Damaged Goods compilation, while 'Teenage Dream' appeared on a Bluefire compilation. The band members were credited on 'Plastic Supermodel' as being called Sue, Geni and Bob.
