Action and Action (not to be mistaken for the US band, Action Action) is a 5-piece band resident in the South of England (currently Uxbridge and Basingstoke).

History:
Action and Action is Dave Collis, Luigi Lama, Sam Luck, Alan Marks, Ambrose Neville. Chris Van Santen played drums from 2004-2007. The band played its first show in Slough in April 2004, and is still operational to this day. From inception the band has played a form of emo/post-hardcore, gradually incorporating more shouty, jazzy and mature dischordant sounds as time has progressed.

-Collides With (1922 Recordings, 2007). Split 7" with The Psyche Out Musikland Big Band on heavyweight 7" vinyl + mp3. 300 numbered copies pressed.

-Reflective Clothing/Nineteen Twenty-Two (1922 Recordings, 2006). Double A-side single on heavyweight 7" vinyl + mp3. 200 numbered copies pressed.
