Hertzainak
PUNK / REGGAE band formed in the Basque Country in 1979 and named HERTZAINAK is one of the most well known and popular modern Basque-language artists. Its style is very similar to the brittish band THE CLASH, so a mix with punk, rock, ska and reggae. And about lyrics and attitude, politics are always present. HERTZAINAK has recorded 7 long albums and 10 ep´s in vinyl format. Their sound has been always very clean and well produced and has made some covers also of THE CLASH. In 2006 a label made a book entitled "La Confesión Radical" with the history and biography of the band, pics, etc.
