New Bedford has seen the progression of rapper Nick Bishop over two exclusive mixtapes releases within the past few years. With his third release, entitled "Cult Classic," the pieces really come together as the persona of the emcee really reaches a fever pitch of energy, wit, and presence. Featuring a sharper edge than his earlier work, Bishop has expanded his sound with more original production by Lord (who appears on some notable tracks as well) and guest spots by returning fam like Cool Shadez and Fresh (not to mention some Jamie Somers-esque appearances by the fantastic Jasminka.
