ShouHAR bediri di Bandung pada tanggal 31 Desember 2001 dibentuk atas dasar keinginan untuk menjadikan nasyid sebagai sarana penyebaran da’wah islam dan penyemangat para aktivis da’wah di seluruh penjuru dunia.
