Vassafor is a Black Metal band from New Zealand. Incorporating various forms of extreme dark music in particular doom as evidenced on self titled MCD/MLP "Vassafor". The 2 song tape from 2010 "Promo MMX" was reissued via Canadian label Serpents Head Reprisal in Jan MMXI. Debut full length "Obsidian Codex" was released on double LP December MMXII via Parasitic Records. Cassette tape to follow. Split with Sinisrous Diabolus available through Iron Bonehead Productions in June MMXIV. Latest release is a split LP with Temple Nightside called Call of the Maelstrom also via Iron Bonehead.
