Bertha Patricia Manterola Carrión nace un 23 de Abril de México DF. Desde muy pequeña mostró una fuerte inclinación por el mundo del espectáculo y la música en particular. En 1989 conoce al productor Luis de Llano, el cual le ofrece ingresar al grupo "Garibaldi", con el que recorre toda América Latina, Estados Unidos y Europa llegando a metas inimaginables, con múltiples discos de platino y de oro.
