Acceptance is an alternative rock band from Seattle, Washington. They were founded in 1998, but only became truly active after 2001. Since their founding and subsequent mainstream discovery, they have released one album, "Phantoms", which was followed by the band's unfortunate breakup in 2006.
The band was signed to Columbia Records, upon whose label they released "Phantoms" in 2005. As a going-away present to their fans, they put up a few tracks on their myspace, entitled "Not Afraid"; to this day, the band remains defunct, and no news has as-of-yet been heard concerning a reunion.
