The Haddocks are a Zürich-based three piece founded in January 2006. They play rock music; their output is released by Ikarus Records. Artists from the sixties and the seventies, from the genres of chanson, canzoni, psychedelic, punk, new wave, industrial, post rock, independent (as in the 1980s “indie”), and from pop and film music in general have influenced their music. The band consists of a singer/guitarist, a bassist and a drummer, their sound is occasionally seasoned by a synthesizer and a tambourine.
