Fresh ghetto funk and groovin’ jazz-infused beats are the specialties of Dads On Display, a duo out of Washington D.C. Drawing from a number of influences, specifically hip-hop, they bring a refreshing sound to the mid-tempo world of electronic music that makes me giddy with excitement. It had been a while since I found some excellent undiscovered talent, but Dads On Display were certainly worth the wait.
