Wimme Saari (also known as just Wimme) is one of the best known Sami yoik singers from Scandinavia. Wimme Saari combines traditional Sami singing with his own improvisations, usually to a acoustic-techno-ambient accompaniment by WIMME group Wimme. Wimme has also appeared on the albums of other bands, for instance Hedningarna.
