Sigurd
Sigurd is a post-rock duo from Lausanne, Switzerland. The memebers are: Mathieu Urfer (guitar, voice, hammond bass) and Sebastien Altevogt (drums, Glockenspiel), both members of the former indie rock band Chewy. Their first album Doppelgänger was released in may 2006. Influences: Glenn Gould, Spinanes, The White Stripes, Renaud, Burzum, Dimmu Borgir, Les Béruriers Noirs, Isan, Fats Waller, Emperor, Jimmy Hendrix, Honey for Petzi, Depeche Mode, Death, Sonic Youth, Ricardo Villalobos, Jacques Dutronc, QOTSA, Guv'ner, Dinosaur Jr, Penumbra Cradle of Filth.
