Jovan Pavlović - bubanj Regulator je alternativni rock bend iz Vrnjačke Banje osnovan 2011. godine. Odmah po osnivanju akcenat je stavljen na autorskim numerama, a ubrzo su krenuli i prvi koncertni nastupi, samostalnog i festivalskog karaktera. 2012. godine pojavili su se u dokumentarnom filmu "Vrba Ispod Zemlje" o muzičkoj sceni Vrnjačke Banje.
