Oliver Bierlich Nonell, the creator behind Reefer Decree, Oryx and upcoming new project Oliver Jones, has put his forces towards the much awaited "re-launch" album of Reefer Decree! A project that started as a collaboration between Jiwook Bijl and Oliver Bierlich which was sadly terminated in the recent years, is hereby re-launched as a new project, Oliver Reefer is back! He is back using his creative individuality and cutting right thru to the essence of the Reefer sound with tender, touching, groovy and extremely funky material.
