Japanese Oi! band that I don't know much about. They existed from the late 1980s to the late 1990s I'm pretty sure. Released a couple 7"s, a CD "The Roughs & The Smooths", and appeared on several compilations. A double CD (quasi?) discography was released by Real Deal records.
