In 1999, Ralf Wehowsky's label, Selektion, proposed to release a CD by Bhob Rainey's duo with Greg Kelley, nmperign. Thus marked the beginning of a collaborative project between Rainey and Wehowsky that would take 5 years to complete. Finally released in 2007 on Sedimental Records, "I don't think I can see you Tonight" made a big impact on new music fans, establishing Rainey as a serious electronic music composer and re-invigorating Wehowsky's already illustrious body of work.
