Raised by wolves in the Manawatu Gorge lands, Matiflow soon came to love the atmospheric sounds of the forest, waterways and animals that surrounded them. Thrust into the city as young pups they foraged for beats in the urban sprawl, finding the occasional kick and bass slide that reminded them of their past dwelling. So near to mastering their biomechanical arms and digital midi controlled brains they can finally return to the depths of the gorge and become complete with the beat.
