Before the Black Gates is a 5-piece extreme metal band, hailing from Sudbury, Ontario. Formed in 2009, Before the Black Gates went through numerous lineup changes before finding the perfect combination of souls to record their debut full-length album, "An Ancient Evil Rises" released January 31, 2014.
