Another Day Gone

The idea of Another Day Gone started back around 2004 when Mitch didn't have a name to label any of his solo acoustic material as. In 2007 Mitch hooked back up with long-time friend and ex-bandmate, Charlie, and started writing new songs and refining old ones. In 2008 Charlie met Jeff through his job and found out he was a drummer and was itching to play music again. All that was left was a vocalist and bassist. The newly formed band then turned to another long-time friend and ex-bandmate, Speck, who just happened to play bass and a phenomenal singer/songwriter.

With the final line-up in order it was time to start putting all the pieces together. Late one night, Mitch and Charlie played a few of the songs they'd been working on for Jeff in the hallway of their Marietta condo. With only a wooden chair to sit in and his legs and chest to play on, Jeff came out with arms bleeding and a broken chair from hearing what they had been working on.
