Diftong Short Biography
Singer-songwriter Diftong plays folk and Americana with a raucous twist. After 30 years of playing in bands he released his solo debut Robot vs Totempole in 2007. Friends and relatives play along on his second album, Heart in a Jar, that was released in September 2010. On this cd, 12 songs meander through acoustic folk, roots rock and alternative country. Lyrics cover subjects like the zealots and their army of superstitious hot-shots, a cracked heart in a Mason jar and the colors of Indian Summer in Colorado
