Rohan " Ragga lox " Robinson was born August, 13 in Mandeville ,Manchester Jamaica . He grew up in the community of Georges Valley , a small district on the outskirts of Mandeville . Rohan recalls his first live performance as one he'll never forget," It was 1987 while attending Decarteret college high school , the auditorium was packed , and i delivered, receiving so much applause it resulted in the concert ending abruptly , not so much because of the applause, but because the administration thought , the lyrics where too controversial .
