Courtney Robb is an independent singer/songwriter born in the isolated mining town of Broken Hill, now based in Adelaide. Her sweet, acoustic sounds are woven with intimate and earthy vocals, treating her audiences to a unique blend of soulful folk. A natural story teller, Courtney's honest, thoughtful lyrics have the power to connect with people from all walks of life and her natural stage presence is warm and inviting.

Late in 2006, Courtney completed work on her debut album, “Unarmed”. Enlisting the help of a handful of Adelaide musicians to contribute to this long awaited album, she has managed to produce a beautifully crafted debut. Following this release, she set off around the country, guitar in hand.

From Fremantle to Broome, Darwin to Alice Springs, Courtney spent the next 18 months exploring Australia, playing gigs in some of the most remote towns in the country. This gave her the chance to free herself form the ties of everyday life and opened her up to a new world of songwriting. A more uplifted view of life, love and belonging. The kind of songs that can only come from that sense of freedom.

Now she settles easily back into Adelaide, the one place that she feels she can call home, more ready than ever before to immerse herself into music.
