Intars Busulis (born 2 May 1978 in Talsi, Latvia) is a Latvian singer and actor, best known for representing Latvia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 in Moscow, Russia with the song Probka ("Traffic Jam"). It competed in the second semi-final on May 14 but finished last with seven points and failed to win a place in the final. In 2008, Intars along with composer Kārlis Lācis released his first solo album with original songs in Russian and Latvian. He performed songs from the album in concerts across Latvia. For months, one of his songs, Brīvdiena topped radio and TV charts.
