Anson Hu Yan Bin (胡彥斌), who was born in Beijing but now hails from Shanghai, is Mainland China's pop and R&B prince. A talented young singer/songwriter, he has three albums to date, and also has written several theme songs to television series, one of which titled Hong Yan, for the Chinese series Jing Ke Chuan Qi, eventually catapulted him to fame. He's also well known for the song "Waiting for you", the theme of the Taiwan series "Love Contract".
