Before Shara Worden was known for her work with Sufjan Stevens or her own musical project, My Brightest Diamond, she was the leader of a little-known New York band called AwRY. AwRY released two full length albums--Awry and Quiet B Sides--as well as a remix project entitled Remix 1. While AwRy's self-titled album is distinct from My Brightest Diamond in its sound, the Quiet B Sides album treads in very similar territory as Shara's future work.
