AUSTRALIA A few years ago a band was formed “…with one foot entrenched in the past (Wire, XTC, Talking Heads, The Ex) and another in some ethereal neverland.” (Rave Magazine) After releasing a limited edition 7” on green vinyl, Flamingo Crash recorded and released their debut album TRIANGLE ISLAND in late-2008, produced by Magoo (An Horse, Gerling) and mastered in NYC by Steve Fallone (The Strokes, Sonic Youth, TV on the Radio).
