Itokubo was a Japanese pop rock duo consisting of vocalists Ayaka Ito and Keiko Kubota and backup musicians. They were formed in 2006 and their name was created from the first two syllables of each of their last names. While they were active they mainly played shows on the street and at small music venues. Their most well-known song is "Into the sky", which appeared in the video game Beautiful Katamari. Other popular songs of theirs include "Myself", "Onegai Kamisama", and "What's Up Girl?" They began recording an album but did not finish before their breakup in 2007.
