frank ROTHKAMM (born Frank Holger Rothkamm on July 2nd, 1965 in Gütersloh, Germany) is a composer and conceptual artist who started as an actor at the German castle theatre in Moers. He currently lives and works in Los Angeles in The Wilshire Royale, a former hotel. Guided by the "quasi-mystical principles of a philosopher-cum-musician" (e|i), he is the progenitor of the aesthetics of supermodernism, sci-fi serialism, and IFORMM; the tri-fold unity of tuning system, synthesis method and physical instrument.
