DJ Qpon started out making music in Summer 2004 when his brother's friend let him borrow a program called MTV Music Generator for the PC. He then made an EP release that was dance-like shortly after called Black Milk. Then, later in December 2004, DJ Qpon got Reason. He uses this to make music now. He frequently takes notes and samples from video games. However, he does not go under this 'DJ Qpon' alias anymore. His newest tracks, including his Super Mario Bros.
