Team KII is SKE48 second team. The team first formed at May 25, 2009 with total 16 members and Takayanagi Akane as captain.
Their first stage is the revival of AKB48's Team A 2nd Stage 「会いたかった」; Aitakatta which first performed on June 13, 2009. However, their first original stage is Team KII 3rd Stage 「ラムネの飲み方」; Ramune no Nomikata which first performed on November 1, 2011. Up until now, the members of the team are in-and-out because of demoted, promotions, and graduations. After SKE48 Team Shuffle on April 2013, the team now has total 15 members with still Takayanagi Akane as captain.
